Women’s Team Head Coach
Dual Role: Men’s and Women’s Teams Head Coach
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Coaching facilities are located at Streatham Sports Park EX4 4QL and St Luke’s Sports
Centre EX1 2LU.
The role of head coach requires a commitment of 4-5 days a week; each team undergoes 6.5 hours of training weekly.
Tournaments take place every Wednesday for both teams. Availability for these tournaments is preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Competitive Compensation: £20 per hour
Supportive Community: Work together with the team captains and the BUCS co
ordinator that oversees the logistics of trainings, compensation and tournaments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Proven track record in coaching volleyball at a competitive level.
Program Development: Ability to create and implement effective training programs for
high performance athletes.
Student Athlete Focus: Dedication to the holistic development of student athletes.
