Thank you to everyone who attended this weeks AGM and league entry meeting. Initial indication from clubs is that we will have a similar number of teams taking part across our five divisions, with a couple more in the women’s program, although we will be down a couple of clubs in the mixed league.
The meeting also looked at a couple of new projects from the Exmouth Beach sub-committee, ideas for supporting our indoor league clubs and presented awards to our various 2025/26 league winners.
The meeting also set and confirmed the following league dates:
- 9 August: Closing date for EDVA League entries
- 19 August: EDVA Fixtures Meeting online
- 26 September: EDVA League Begins
Due to planned building work at a couple of our Exeter venues, we have not set a league end date, this will remain flexible until we have more details on venue availability.
The committee also agreed the following dates for the EDVA tournament program:
- 14 November(TBC): EDVA Women’s Development Tournament 1 (Riverside, Exeter)
- 7 February: EDVA Classic Tournament (Wellsprings, Taunton)
- 28 February: EDVA Conference Tournament (Wellsprings, Taunton)
- 13 March: EDVA Women’s Development Tournament 2 (Riverside, Exeter)
- 18 April: Exeter Men’s Challenge (Wellsprings, Taunton)
- 25 April: Exeter Women’s Challenge (Wellsprings, Taunton)
